(in Polish) Workload: 30 hours, 15 hours of teaching. 15 hours of preparation for passing. Assessment will take the form of a written work prepared by students. The diversity of syllabuses concerns the implementation of classes for various fields of study, taking into account the profile of studies, subjects taken by students, and the content of education. |

(in Polish) Detailed program content: 1. Work in human life. Stress as a cause of burnout. Stress concepts. Stress factors in professional work. Consequences of occupational stress. Determinants of stress and burnout in the teaching profession. 2. Styles of coping with stress. 3. Concepts of burnout (including C. Maslach, A.M. Pines, C.Cherniss, H. Sęk). 4. Burnout. Causes and background. Burnout rates. 5. Sense of coherence and burnout. 6. How to recognize burnout and how to prevent it? 7. Models of preventing burnout. Preventive programs to counteract professional burnout. Supervision. Support groups. Self-help. |
